Who we are

This site is operated by the FlowsThru™ team (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it. For any privacy request, contact us at ravi@flowsthru.com.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can notify you about restocks and launch.
• Selected package — which option you were interested in, to understand demand.
• Technical data — a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Analytics data — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect usage and device data as described below.

Cookies & analytics

We only load Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel after you accept via our cookie banner. If you decline, these scripts are never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. These services may process data outside your country; they act as independent controllers under their own policies (Google, Meta). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

How we store it

Waitlist signups are stored securely in our database provider (Supabase). Access is restricted to our team. We keep your email only as long as needed to run the waitlist and tell you when we launch.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
